Loneliness and financial stress big issues for pastors

ResourcingChristianity.org: In a recent interview with Jackson Carroll,director of Pulpit and Pew, a Lilly Endowment-funded program based at Duke University Divinity School, Carroll talked about the biggest morale issues facing congregational leaders: Loneliness and financial stress.

He also spoke of other morale issues, including complaints about not having enough time with families, and ministers feeling the difficulty of reaching people with the gospel often because of the consumer mindset of society.
