The Seattle Times: Controversy over an encampment of homeless people in Kirkland, Wash., has caused a community uproar.

The group, called Tent City 4, now in Woodinville, Wash., plans to move Nov. 20 to the grounds of St. John Mary Vianney Catholic Church in Finn Hill, Wash. Neighbors there are concerned about safety and the proximity of schools to the encampment. Others see the plight of the homeless as their calling.
