WSTM.com: The pastor of a Buffalo, N.Y., church has installed a Subway sandwich shop in the church building to give young people in his community a place to work. The restaurant at True Bethel Baptist Church is booming, and the Reverend Darius Pridgen is amazed and happy to accomplish his goal.

The church started a work skills program for young people two years ago but it fizzled without jobs for its graduates. So the church opened its own businesses: a small bookstore, silkscreen company, cleaning company and Subway shop.
