The Villager: Orlando Juarez recently took on the role of worship and music pastor at The Crossing Church in Houston hoping to change lives. Juarez said he believes that can happen with worship.

Juarez left Tulsa, Okla., where he led the music ministry at Grace Fellowship, a church with a membership of about 3,000, to assume his new role at The Crossing. Juarez served at The Crossing when there were only 35 members. The Crossing has grown to 700.
