Florida pastor works with state to begin prison ministry

Jacksonville's Financial News & Daily Record: What began as an outreach to a friend has become a full-time ministry for Pastor Steve McCoy, and a program that is changing not only the lives of prisoners but the lives of congregation members who volunteer to help. Regular prison visits became regular worship services, then faith-based dorms run by the church and a position for McCoy as prison chaplain.
